Welcome to KT Online Craft Fair

KT Online Craft Fair was created in conjunction with Paper & Cotton, a small business run by two mums in Surrey, which hand makes eco-friendly and reusable products.

During the Covid pandemic, we noticed that many of our fellow small businesses were struggling to keep their businesses going, so we decided to try to help by creating an online craft market to boost their sales and exposure .

Initially the online market was focused around small businesses in the KT postal code area to allow for local deliveries and to help alleviate some of the strain on the postal system.

Now we are pleased to be able to welcome craft businesses from a wider area and where possible, for our crafters to be able to safely hand-deliver their orders and to continue helping to alleviate the pressure on our postal services.

Not only are we supporting small businesses, we are also helping to support smaller charities who may not have the voices heard. We would love for you to make a donation if possible, every little helps.

Thank you for taking an interest in our online fair. We hope you will enjoy looking through all the products on offer and support all these small businesses and charities.

Best wishes & stay safe,

Kate

Paper & Cotton

Our business was launched in late 2019 with the objective to bring eco-friendly, sustainable and reusable products to the market. Our difference, to make it affordable and reusable where possible.
We are two local mums in Surbiton who value our environment and want to try to make the world a healthier place.

Made By Lyons

This is my new venture into something a little different from my day job! I have been making handmade cards for over 10 years but never quite had the confidence to sell my cards before.  I have been inspired in lockdown by the love and kindness shown by so many and I hope my cards are a little part of that and a great way to connect with loved ones, friends, neighbours or anyone you want to send a message to to say hello and share something beautiful.  I hope you enjoy these as much as I have enjoyed making them.

The Crafty Chameleon

My name is Kim, I am a self taught designer and developer. I started up my little business from home while I was on maternity leave with my 2nd child & looking for extra income.
I was inspired by wanting some South African wooden items to put up around my home & friends loved my products I produced & the creative bug in me just kicked in & has never stopped! I love coming up with new designs & products & it brings me so much joy that someone wants to actually purchase my design & product.

Madame Made This

I'm a mum of 2 and a lifelong creative. After spending a long time in academia and then training as an accountant I've come back to what I really love. I started calligraphy back in 2018 and have steadily been growing my business. I've always been passionate about fashion and design so you'll often find me rummaging in my local charity shops for Liberty scarves or things I can write on or upcycle. MadameMadeThis is about making beautiful individual things to make people smile but it's also about a journey of self-discovery for me. I'm excited about where it will take me.

Birds & Dandelions

I set up Birds & Dandelions a few year years ago where I started creating handmade, custom pieces that were unique and fun to do. Soon the collection had a consistent thread reflecting my value for family and relationships therefore making them great gifts for those looking for something with a personal touch.

Gypsy Hearts

Pebbles are not just oddly shaped stones that appear on the beach and streams,
to me they are much much more.
I just ♥️ Pebbles.
Each pebble is hand picked for the design. I hand wash each piece, decorate using  free flow, a design that works and if I am happy I do a few similar but never the same!

Jenny Nicholas Printmaker

I work as a graphic designer and a couple of years ago I took up printmaking as a way of getting away from the computer and creating something with my hands. I mainly create prints using screen printing or lino printing techniques; the type of printing we all seem to remember doing at school! Having completed a couple of adult education courses in printmaking I have been lucky enough to be chosen as Artist In Residence at Ochre Print Studio in Guildford for 2020.

Intuitive Oils

I’m a professional intuitive abstract artist.

I paint spontaneously in oils on canvas and try to capture light and movement in my paintings. I have also created my own unique range of fashion items, gifts, masks, prints and art cards using images taken from my original artwork.

I also also offer a bespoke service incorporating ashes of loved ones and beloved pets into intuitively created memorial abstract artwork.

The Treasure Kave opened its (online) doors officially in October 2019 and each piece is lovingly designed and hand stitched by me from my home in Surbiton/Berrylands.

The Pottery and Craft Studio is based in Long Ditton from my large, relaxing cabin but is also very mobile, I (usually!) visit soft play cafes, other cafes, groups at houses etc. As well as the beautiful painted pottery I also make casts on plaques of baby hands/feet and also amazing silver jewellery.
